Have you ever seen a teacher somewhere and wondered to yourself, “Gee I wish I had that teacher working at my school”. Well wish no more. One of the optional features of Extreme School Site is the ability to utilize “Remote Teaching”.
In order to use this feature the teacher must teach using a Smart Board ® or other similar device and a microphone. The teacher conducts the lesson and the students ask questions using a microphone. As the lesson is being conducted, a different group of students in a different classroom with only an LCD projector, a microphone and a proctor can participate in the lecture IN REAL TIME, as it is happening. With the microphone, the students in the remote location can ask questions of the teacher just like the students in actual classroom!
It makes no difference where the two classrooms are in relation to each other, across town or across the country, it works the same!
But wait… there’s more!
Not only can this be done with two classrooms in two locations, it can be done with several classrooms in several locations! All utilizing the same single teacher!
But wait… we’re not done yet!
The entire thing can be RECORDED for later playback right from your school’s website!!
